Printre numeroasele tehnici de prezentare exista una speciala : dupa ce am lansat naluca, tineti varful lansetei ridicat si incepeti recuperarea imediat ce aceasta a ajuns in apa. Ritmul de recuperare ar trebui sa fie ajustat la pescuit astfel incat cicada sa nu functioneze intr-un mod normal (sa vibreze), dar sa poata aluneca prin apa, deplasandu-se intr-un mod natural in apropierea zonelor de atac a avatilor, fara a ridica suspeciunea acestora.
